Lo que aprenderá

Following the adoption of the EU Toy Safety Regulation (EU) 2025/2509 by the European Parliament on December 11, 2025, its publication on December 12, 2025, and entry into force on January 1, 2026, a 4.5-year transition period is in place while Directive 2009/48/EC remains active. This regulation enhances uniformity, child protection, and introduces the Digital Product Passport (DPP).
Our 2026 webinar series support compliance preparation, covering timeline, scope, essential safety requirements, economic operator obligations, conformity assessment, technical documentation, the DPP, and specialized topics like stricter enforcement and integration with REACH and GPSR.
Join us for the second session:
This webinar examines chemical requirements in the EU Toy Safety Regulation (EU) 2025/2509, covering enhanced restrictions (e.g., bans on endocrine disruptors, PFAS, bisphenols, and expanded CMR categories under CLP), Annex II chemical properties, obligations, and market surveillance.
