Lo que aprenderá

REACH is not a new regulation. Nearly two decades after it entered into force, enforcement findings continue to reveal recurring non-compliance and persistent misunderstandings across the supply chain. This webinar, “REACH Compliance: From Enforcement Findings to What Lies Ahead,” will provide a practical perspective on why non-compliance persists, what authorities are still identifying, and how companies can strengthen their approach to SVHC obligations, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), supply chain communication, and overall product compliance. The session will also explore upcoming REACH regulatory developments that businesses should be monitoring now.
